The technician called me 30 minutes before the appointment time. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable of my system. He was very friendly, he answered all my questions regarding the heat pump, the furnace and the air filter. He took the time to explain everything he was doing to the heat pump and to the furnace, even though some things I did not understand. He was very respectful of me and my home. I did not have to ask him to wear booties or to place something under his ladder to protect my flooring, he did that on his own, which I greatly appreciate. This person is a great technician. I would love to have him in my home again, even my dog loved him.
